RASPBERRY SCONES
This recipe came through on one of the blogs I follow http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/fast-raspberry-scones.
I decided to give the UDO14 another try. This time I used 10 Heat Beads Under and 20 on top. I preheated the oven for about 20 Minutes.
I used defrosted frozen raspberries and the mixture was a bit wet.
My granddaughter sprinkled the sugar on them and I put them to cook on the top rack of the UDO14.
I checked at 10, 20 and finally at 30 minutes some had browned and they seemed cooked.
They were rustically shaped but with the addition of butter, jam and cream were gone quickly.
