I was fascinated by a simple braid bread and just had to try it. I used a basic no knead wholemeal bread dough I had in the refrigerator. The resulting loaf didnt show the braids that well so next time I would try a Brioche dough. The bread tasted fine though with the best crust I have made so far.
Love the braiding video. Your breads look wonderful. The crumb is so pretty. What creative ways to use the doughs.
