RASPBERRY CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE
A colourful weekend we had lunch and went to a movie for my eldest granddaughters 12th Birthday.
Sunday was extremely windy here in Sydney so I took the easy way out and cooked a cake for Fathers Day inside. One of the children who visited has food alergies but can eat jelly and fruit and I remembered I had a mould to make it special for him. The recipe and camp oven version of the cake is at Dutch Oven Madness.I was too busy with gravy and slicing to take a picture of the leg of Pork which the MOTH cooked in the outside BBQ.
