CAMP OVEN ZUCCHINI, FETA & THYME BAKE
Today I cooked two dishes using the one lot of beads. This Zucchini, Feta & Thyme Bake is nice especially if you like Thyme flavour, if you dont cut back on it or substitute something else you like with cheese. It is not a large quantity and would serve about 6 as a side dish.
PEANUT BUTTER BARS
This recipe came through in my reader from Dutch Oven Madness and like a lot of the recipes Toni makes really appealed to me. It cooked perfectly and makes a lot of bars if you have a family that is not alergic to peanut butter. I put my small potjie to work to make the simple frosting which tastes great on the bars.
