BIRD OF PARADISE CAKE
This is my first attempt at a cake straight into the camp oven. It turned out a nice moist kind of cake and the recipe is at Dutch Oven Madness. I am getting lots of great recipes from this blog.
I was keen to taste and share it but it needed longer cooling to cut nice
