My daughter Jenny gave me some ginger emulsion and I decided to do some french toast with the cinnamon swirl bread I made the other day.
As I am diet conscious :) I used plain milk, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and 3 drop of ginger emulsion and not 1/2 and 1/2 as recommended in the recipe for the cinnamon swirl bread.

I used my cast iron pan to fry them.
It was only for me and I enjoyed them adding a splash of maple syrup.
