Vollkornbrot Whole Grain Bread
I am getting ready early for the next bread braid part of which is Vollkornbrot Whole Grain Bread. I really enjoyed the flavour of this bread. I left it for about 24 hours and although the wheat was softened another day would have been better I feel. This is an adaption of the recipe in the HBin5 Book. I am on a diet kick and I simply replaced the bread allowance with two thin slices of this bread.
