DAVE'S STEAMED PORK BUNS
My second attempt at these, this time in my UDO14 dutch oven which has two layers. I feel the cooking method worked well. I try to encourage my eldest grandson with his interest in cooking and the end result shows we still need some assembling practice; in saying that he was happy with the bun and I particularly liked the simple filling. We enjoyed a nice lunch together eating them.
