BAKED LAMB SAMOSAS

I had every intention of cooking these in my new UDO14 dutch oven.  I made the filling before I went out but my visitors had arrived early and it was cold, wet and windy so I took the easy way out and used the house oven.  My grandson helped make some.  I made a cucumber and yoghurt raita to go with them as an entree.  I used less chilli than the recipe and thought the filling very nice.
