WEBER BABYQ - PIZZONE

I made up the Master Recipe from the Pizza+FBin5 book yesterday and this morning tried some flatbread stuffed with cheese and fried with some ghee. Later I adapted the Piz-zone (half pizza half calzone) recipe and cooked one in my BabyQ.  I was pleased with it and it gave two quite different textures and flavours with very little effort.  I now have the rest of the dough to experiment with further recipes as the week goes by.
