AT CONDOBOLIN

We are at Condobolin after stopping over on the way at Macquarie Woods.  The weather so far is perfect.  there are at least 70 early birds here already although it doesnt start till Monday officially.  Its great renewing old friendships, meeting people in the flesh you have chatted with on line and of course sharing food and drink around a fire.

My cooking is going to plan, I made Bestsy's Seeded Bread from the HBin5 book.  I used the full quantity to make 16 rolls which didnt go far :)

I cooked panko covered deep fried Advocado which came through from another blog and we put chili sauce on them and I will be making these again but maybe smaller.   

I followed up with the Sydney Fish Market recipe for Salt and Pepper prawns which we both enjoyed.

Havent decided what to make today.
