UDO14 - VOLCANO - HAPPY HOUR SNACKS - SPICY CHICKEN WINGS, CRUMBED CHEESE AND SMOKED OYSTERS

Our weekend camping at Clarence Town was officially cancelled and we decided we would go away later on.  The sun was actually shinning at about 8.30 a.m. so after hanging out the washing I decided to do the chicken wings and utilise using the UDO14 Lid as a fryer with the left over heat.  Jerry had said he liked smoked oysters and fried oysters and I had seen huge oysters fried the other day. I had a tin of smoked ones so I added them to cooking.  They were sensational and I will certainly make them again but with probably at least 3 tins of smoked oysters.

  2. I am sure you would add a bit more spice Shobha, I have to keep things fairly simple here when I cook for the family. When I go camping and share I can go a bit heavier on the spices :)
