Yesterday I used a basic whole wheat bread dough I had in the fridge for a couple of days.  I adapted this from the Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day book again using bread improver instead of gluten.  I feel I got a good result and my grandkids enjoyed them.  I used the full quantity and they were too large and next time I would probably only use half the quantity and flatten them out a bit more.

  4. Great idea! I'm convinced everything tastes better made in a cast iron dutch oven. They look delicious.
