Today I decided to cook 1/2 recipe Chocolate Espressso Whole Wheat Brioche pages 294-296 of the HBin5 Book - I had some dough left over and so made this in the Skookie, this dough would also make nice muffins and the cream cheese icing compliments it nicely.
